1. Thinking and rethinking my educational/career plan.
2. Getting anxious about going home (long story! but how about meeting-my-Great-Love-whom-I-have-not-seen-for-a-year-and-a-half then meeting his friends?)
3. Dreaming of a life I want to live.
And then I really don't know where this is going. I am just trying to remember timeless lessons that are taught again and again and again. I guess what I can come up with right now is this:
It is so easy to be clouded with thoughts about what errands to do next, the stress of everyday life and even fears of what the future might be. But I am here now. I must remember to be present. Whatever I need, I already have.
All this might seem very corny but it helps me very much. I just sort of stop and say to myself, well I've got the people I love. I have my dreams. I'm good. Then the anxiety just melts away and something good happens like:
1. A great and practical idea just came up (through CENTURIES of researching!) about my education/career.
2. My Great Love (i have no codename for him yet so let's leave it that way for now) just assured me that his friends are easy to get along with and I realized that I am actually excited about meeting new people (socially awkward that I am.).
3. I have just been chatting with my amazing friend C and an inspiring idea is brewing!
So there. Even Disney taught me enduring lessons. Love true and love well. Believe in your dreams.
P.S.
Obvious ba, I grew up watching Disney? More Disney pegs in the future. Haha. Still learning how to blog and arrange all the photos though.
